SalaryWe are searching for a compassionate individual who is eager to pick up Front Desk duties. Our medium size Family Practice has been in business for over 15 year and is willing to accept new applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
-We are willing to train insurance verification skills.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
