Culture is seeking an Concierge / Front Desk teammate to join the fun, energetic, and effortlessly beautiful environment catering to Lakeway's lakeside community.
The ideal candidate loves the beauty industry and is energized by working in a dynamic salon environment. In most instances you will be the first impression of Culture ATX Salon, whether that is by helping someone find their perfect stylist fit on a call, corresponding with a prospective customer on messenger, or greeting a client as they walk into Culture for an appointment. Culture regularly works with influencers and celebrities, so we're keen find someone that can converse cordially and comfortably in a variety of contexts.
While client communication is at the crux of the position, additional responsibilities include opening (or closing) the salon for the day which entails tidying the salon up to ensure it presents well. Punctuality is important as many clients call or arrive promptly at open.
The position has flexibility of hours and days; however, at the moment, we're looking for someone that has good availability during daytime hours in Tuesday through Saturday range.
Additional responsibilities:
- Assisting our Social Media Manager with social projects
- Helping achieve product sales goals (there are opportunities for performance based bonuses based on working with the team to achieve product sales goals)
