Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the Front Desk calendar
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Utilize computer skills to perform various tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and email communication

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or Front Desk Receptionist is preferred
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: $19.32 - $20.24 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
