```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain client records and update information as needed
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of client appointments
- Handle payment processing
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Provide support to the salon staff
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Proficient in using computer point of sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
