SalaryIn this role at Iyrix, We are in search of an Front Desk Receptionist. This role, based in Calumet City, IL 60409
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the Front Desk calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and transcribing documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computerized systems, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Beauty Industry procedures is a plus
This position requires a reliable individual who can maintain a professional demeanor while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, friendly, and able to work well in a team environment.
