Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist ( Busy Orthopaedic Office seeking bilingual ( English-Spanish) Receptionist for Front Desk)

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, data entry.
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and collect payments, familiar with Personal Injury and Worker's compensation +++
- Maintain patient records, update files, and ensure confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of orthopaedic office
- Proficient in computer literacy, including electronic medical record systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
