Front Desk Receptionist

Turn Back Time Spa & Wellness Clinic offers state-of-the-art aesthetic and laser treatments to enhance youthfulness.

We offer Smartxide Tetra CO2 resurfacing, Vivace Fractional RF Micro-needling, ThermiVa vaginal rejuvenation, IPL photofacial, as well as regular facials with microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and chemical peels. We are beginning a weight loss program with our nurse practitioner who performs Cellenis DermaPRP, neuromodulators and injectables as well.

We are looking for a Front Desk/Receptionist for our med spa and wellness clinic. A punctual, reliable self-starter who requires minimal supervision and has a "take charge" personality with exceptional customer service skills. Attention to detail is essential as well as basic grammar and spelling skills. Some experience and/or knowledge in the esthetic industry is helpful however, training can be provided for the right person.

We offer commission on products and treatment packages sold in addition to your salary. There will be times that you will be in treatment rooms to assist so some tips as well. This job is a part time leading to full time position.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Front Desk area
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient information and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and organizing inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
