We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with project coordination and office management tasks
- Perform order entry and maintain inventory records
- File documents and maintain an organized filing system
- Provide general clerical support as needed
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members when required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
