Medical Receptionist/Front Desk (Part-Time)

MEDICAL AESTHETICS OFFICE PROFESSIONAL

We are an established Medical Practice - Women’s Health and Laser Aesthetics Medicine seeking an experienced medical versatile employee primarily for Front Desk Reception Scheduling with the following clinical skills:

• Experienced in Medical reception/scheduling/front desk
• Aesthetics background preferred but not required
• Service oriented, ability to multi-task and room a patient
• Strong phone skills, and verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic team-oriented individual
• Organized, detail oriented, with computer scheduling experienced

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting and registering patients
• Check-in and Check–out of patients
• Managing Daily Payment log
• Managing Patient flow
• Managing incoming telephone calls for scheduling patient appointments
• Screening calls and documenting patient updates in the chart
• Preparing charts, filing charts & maintaining medical records
• Monitoring inventory and ordering retail supplies
• Working under a marketing professional to assist with monthly drawings/marketing tasks
• Posting to social media and sending out monthly marketing emails

Requirements:

• Experience working in a medical office
• Relevant skills: office scheduling, phones, computer, medical records & patient flow
• Professional appearance and friendly personality and team player
• Be proficient, efficient, and multitask, be able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations

Position: 2 to 4 days a week, approximately 20-30 hours a week

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM variability

Location: Billings, MT
