THE VITAL ASSISTANCE THAT YOU PROVIDE

You'll have a full-time schedule divided into two shifts: 6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM for 5 days a week, including holidays and weekends. As a Hotel Receptionist - Front Desk Agent at The Hibernation Station, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful stay. From welcoming guests with a smile to efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing information about our services
• Registering guests, assigning rooms, and fulfilling special requests
• Handling cash transactions and driving sales
• Ensuring the Front Desk area is organized and presentable at all times
