SalaryVital Clinic & Spa is a Direct Primary Care Clinic and Medical Spa looking for hire an individual experienced with medical office procedures, insurance verification, billing, answering phones calls, schedule etc., with a positive attitude able to work on Saturdays and willing to grow a new practice. Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Set up televisions and start computer systems.
- Ensure facility doors are closed and maintain cleanliness.
- Review and update schedules, handle appointment requests.
- Answer phones, monitor fax, email, and voicemail messages throughout the day.
- Verify insurance and confirm intake forms.
- Greet and assist clients, manage sign-in process.
- Archive and categorize messages using Weave system.
- Attend to client alerts in the EMR and assist with medication pickups.
- Schedule appointments and spa services along with follow up appointments as directed.
- Assign the correct paperwork to clinic and spa clients.
- Confirm appointments and complete check-out process.
- Maintain accurate records and log cash payments.
- Stock lobby supplies and dispose of trash.
- Shut down computers and equipment, close facility doors.
- Communicate with staff and generate schedule for the next day.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
