At GabySkinCare, we are looking for a dedicated and professional receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone who shares our passion for skincare and the well-being of our clients. If you have a friendly approach, are detail-oriented, and enjoy a dynamic work environment, we are looking for you!
Interview Days:
- Monday and Wednesday
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Salary:
- $12 per hour + commission on sales and scheduled appointments
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Efficiently and accurately manage appointment scheduling.
- Keep the reception area and waiting room tidy and welcoming.
- Assist in managing payments and client documentation.
- Support the GabySkinCare team with various administrative tasks.
- Contribute to sales goals through effective customer recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Proven customer service experience.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
4. Basic knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry.
5. Professional and proactive attitude in the workplace.
6. Sales skills and result orientation.
7. Commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
8. Flexibility to adapt to business changes and needs.
9. Ability to multitask effectively.
10. Problem-solving skills.
11. Teamwork and cooperation with different departments.
12. Impeccable personal presentation.
13. Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
