At Ridge Top Exteriors in Orlando, FL, business is booming and we are currently looking to add 3-4 self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives to our team in the Orlando area.

JOB SUMMARY:

Outside Sales Representative

This is a 100% commission-based position where people can expect a six-figure income. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative is a key member of the Ridge Top Exteriors leadership team. Our Sales Representatives are the face of our company, they are the first team member that homeowners meet. Our Sales Representatives will build value in themselves, the company and our products in order to earn customers' business.

From a great paid training program to providing 2-3 pre-qualified leads every day, we will be there every step of the way to help you reach your personal, professional, and financial goals. Our team currently consists of million-dollar producers that make over $150k/yr and we are searching for the right individuals to surpass that. With unlimited earning potential, you truly make the kind of money you are worth in this position!

Our ideal candidate:

• Is willing to work 6 days a week
• Has reliable transportation
• Has some sales experience
• Commits 10-12 hours per day towards their own success
• Can build value during a presentation that far exceeds price (we are NOT the lowest price)
• Is trustworthy, patient, and dependable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and exceed individual KPIs
• Run appointments/consultations throughout the week
• Generate detailed work scopes and contracts for new customers
• Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers
• Keep CRM notes and calendar appointments up to date
• Stay ahead of the curve with product knowledge and sales knowledge
• Take initiative to train on sales techniques outside of work hours
• Uphold company’s core values

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
