SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- File, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills to maintain files and documents
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment operation
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure. A professional demeanor and strong customer service skills are essential.
