SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the Front Desk
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments or payments from patients
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk agent or medical receptionist preferred
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft, Epic, or other medical office systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.71 - $21.33 per hour
