Modern Foot & Ankle is a rapidly growing podiatric group with clinics in Orlando, Tampa, and Palm Beach. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a practice coordinator at our Lake Mary and Oviedo office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering questions and assisting patients throughout their visit
- Collecting payments, checking insurance benefits, and obtaining authorizations
- Scheduling follow-up appointments
- Inputting patient information into electronic health record software and keeping charts up-to-date
- Occasionally answering phone calls
- Receiving shipments
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space and clinic
- Sending and receiving faxes
