Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Wage: Negotiable Depending on Experience

Position Overview:
The Medical Front Office Receptionist provides Front desk assistance and support to patients and clinical staff in the Clinic. The Ideal candidate will provide the highest quality customer service to patients, adhere to practice protocols and processes, and effectively manage the volume of work without allowing quality to be compromised.
Basic Job Duties:
- Answer Phones/Schedule appointments
- Patient check in and out
- Enter patient information into EMR
- Collect and process payments
- Maintain patient flow
- Appointment confirmations
- Provide an excellent customer service experience for patients
- perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills Checklist:
- 1 Years EMR Works Experience
- 1 Year Primary Care Office Experience/Training Provided
- Medical Terminology - Complete
Requirements:
- Knowledge of patient billing procedures
- High School or Equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish)-Not required
