```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage and update inventory of stock
- Proficient and computer skilled
- Fluent Bilingual - Spanish and English is a MUST
- Experience in salesforce CRM a big plus
- Knowledge and/or HIPA and OSHA a plus
- Process and record payments
- Sales incentives available in addition to hourly rate salary
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is desirable
