We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service or administrative role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Maintain records of visitor information and provide assistance as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents.
- Answer inquiries about the company and its services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
