About our practice:
Comprehensive Vein Care was started 6 years ago by Dr. Steve Samuel, a retired General Surgeon with 33 years’ experience. Our practice specializes in the latest state-of-the-art vein treatments for our patients.
We offer advanced minimally invasive treatments to remove bulging varicose veins, and our advanced Sclerotherapy injections remove unsightly spider veins. Our boutique office was created to let patients feel like home.

Offered salary and other compensations:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $18 to $20 per hour. Additionally, we offer:

Your schedule: Monday thru Friday 800 am-430pm.
Your Mission as our Front Desk Receptionist:
We are only as good as our Front Desk. You will be the first contact for our patients whether by phone or in person. You will set the tone for the original impressions and attitude.
Some of our Front Desk Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities:
- Greet patients, schedule appointments, maintain records and accounts
- Welcome patients in person or by phone, answer patient questions
- Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling patient appointments in person on or by phone.
- Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider patients’ arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule and reminding provider of service delays
- Comfort patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patient question and maintaining the reception area
- Ensure availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal and financial information
- Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting and expediting third party claims
- Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies and scheduling equipment service and repairs
- Protect patient’s rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preferred experience, qualifications, and soft skills:
- Ideally you have previous experience in similar position in a medical office
- Pleasant and positive attitude.
