Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk. If you have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives when required

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar software
- Experience working as a dental receptionist is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
