Front Desk Receptionist
M-F. Hours between 3:30- approx. 9 PM
Occasional Weekend Hours. 8:30 AM - 12 PM Sat-Sun
Pay Rate: Approx. $18-20/hr.
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at Empire Elite. A state of the art facility for youth sports- specializing in competitive and recreational cheerleading and gymnastics.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Administrative duties:
- Greet & welcome clients in a professional and friendly manor
- Check-in athletes
- Respond to emails & voicemails
- Answer phone calls/ take and relay messages when needed
- Become familiar with computer software (Enroll athletes, Take and record payments, Assist with trial class and makeup class registrations, Etc.)
- Schedule & give tours
- Event scheduling (Coordinate date, Staffing, Open/Close Facility)
- Review accounts (Ensure accounts are in good financial standing, Contact families with outstanding balances, Communicate with staff regarding ineligible athletes, Apply late fees when necessary, Etc.)
Custodial duties:
- Restock facilities
- Maintain supplies and inventory
- Trash removal
- Overall upkeep (vacuuming, dusting, etc)
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to pass a background check.
