Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle medical records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience as a dental receptionist, clerk, or in a similar role is a plus
