Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and transcribe documents as needed
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
