Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a professional appearance, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Ensure the Front Desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
• Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
• Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
• Monitor, organize and forward emails.
• Track and order office equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records and files.
• Oversee the our patient's accounts and payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
