Schedule for the Dental Patient Coordinator

• Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (2x a month with Extra Pay)

Responsibilities and Requirements for the Dental Patient Coordinator

• 2 years of Dental administrative background preferred
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Answer patient phone calls in a welcoming manner
• Efficiently schedule patient appointments
• Present financial options to patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
