The Administrative Assistant Front Desk position provides support to all departments, personnel, and locations of Elephant Car Wash, and is a key customer service component to the success of our company.
Duties Include:
- Answering Phone calls and Emails
- Addressing customer concerns and questions
- Data Entry, Record Keeping, Monthly Reporting
- Auditing Daily Reports
- Filing, Scanning, Photocopying, Archiving, Assisting with Inventory Items
- Anything else that may be asked to do within the scope of the position
Qualifications:
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional ability to multi-task
- Strong organization skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Basic computer skills
- Be flexible and teachable
Preferred Candidates Will Possess the Following:
· 1-2 years of office experience
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Strong math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle competing and changing priorities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
