Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the Front Desk area (Dentrix Program)
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records and update information in the computerized system
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and transcribing documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Proficient typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation
