Front Desk Receptionist

The Sanctuary is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional verbal etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Check-in customers and vendors
- Coordinate with the Host on the traffic flow coming into the shop
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, checking proper Identification upon entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Knowledge of shop procedures is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical role is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
