Responsibilities
- Attend to all guest needs and questions
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Use computer systems to check guests in and out
- Report on any changes, problems, or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required, working well with other departments
- Handle cash and keep track of till and guest billing flawlessly
