Responsibilities

• Attend to all guest needs and questions
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Use computer systems to check guests in and out
• Report on any changes, problems, or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required, working well with other departments
• Handle cash and keep track of till and guest billing flawlessly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
