Front Desk team member wanted at Growing, Modern Practice in Wasilla, Alaska!
- Greet all clients in the office a direct them to the appropriate area of the clinic.
- Answer all phone calls and emails, answer any client questions, and take messages if needed.
- Schedule all appointments.
- Use all office equipment, and maintain and order all office supplies.
- Process payments if needed.
- Check insurance
Dental Receptionist experience requirements
A dental receptionist should have experience working as a receptionist in another industry or another dental clinic. They should also have a lot of experience in customer service as they will be interacting with clients all day. A dental receptionist should have experience working in a busy office and be able to stay on top of multiple phone calls or emails during the day. Having experience keeping track of office equipment and supplies is also a valuable experience as this is another part of the job.
