Front Desk Receptionist

Polar Bear Dental Care is seeking a warm, kind receptionist who can help create a wonderful dental experience for pediatric patients and patients with special needs.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Enjoy working with children and their families
• Answer phones
• Check in patients
• Schedule appointments
• Prepare electronic dental chart
• Insurance verification
• Collect payments
• Handle doctor correspondence

Office Participation

• Help in other areas of office when necessary
• Be an active participant in staff meetings and promote team concept when interacting with others in the office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
