SalaryOn Point Nails is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team, primarily Fridays and Saturdays right now! At On Point Nails, we are an all-natural Salon that specializes in luxury manicures and pedicures. We provide a fun and positive atmosphere for both our guests and our team members and are looking for someone who will display just that. We look forward to hearing from you and working together in the future!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guets in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Light cleaning consisting but not limited to laundry, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle guest inquiries
- Opportunity to assist with social media
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems
