SalaryMISSION OF THE POSITION
Spa receptionist is responsible for the reception area at the spa and for adhering to Leading Hotels Standards. This includes greeting and assisting guests, answering phones and booking appointments, checking guests into the system and charging them for the service(s) provided.
TASKS & DUTIES
- Book appointments for both spa and hair salon
- Process transactions for both spa and hair salon
- Check in /out guests for both spa and hair salon
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments
- Assisting guests with questions regarding spa and salon services
- Contribute to keeping the facility neat and welcoming
- Provide welcoming and personalized experience for guests
- Go the extra mile for guests to ensure they return for future services
- Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years in customer service required
- Spa/Salon experience
- Prior experience in a luxury environment is an asset
