MANDARIN/ENGLISH SPEAKING LAW OFFICE RECEPTIONIST NEEDED

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and possess exceptional phone etiquette.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform order entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate mail distribution and handle incoming/outgoing packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
