The Position : Reception
The law firm of MayesTelles PLLC is looking for a motivated individual with reception experience. Our ideal candidate possess the following attributes:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with high volume/multi-line calls
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Law firm experience preferred
