Responsibilities and Duties
- Check in and check out patients
- Collect co-pays ,deductibles and coinsurance
- Verify insurance coverage
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Ability to multi-task a must
- Provide great customer service with the ability to effectively handle patient-related issues with care and compassion.
- Education :
High school or equivalent
Experience :
Customer service :1 year (Preferred)
