Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone
- Checks patients in/out
- Distribute required documents for each patient and ensure all documents are completed in full
- Schedule/reschedule appointments
- Answer incoming calls
- Retrieve messages from answering machine and return calls
- Confirm appointments for the next day
- Collect co-pays and balances due at check-in/out Inform patients of the outstanding balance, collect due balance, and issue receipt
- Sort and distribute faxes
- Update HIPAA forms
Location: Multiple Locations around Ocala, The Villages & Orlando area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
