SalaryTesoro Club is seeking a receptionist for our beautiful Welcome Center. Must be articulate, personable, and able to multi-task with efficiency in a busy work environment. Personality and professional appearance is a plus as you will be greeting customers, vendors and other professionals on a daily basis
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answering multiple phone lines, forwarding calls to appropriate personnel
- Receive deliveries/mail, distribute and notify agents
- Greet customers and vendors with a personable demeanor
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Polished oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and be a team player; excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
- Full-time availability/part time and flexibility
- Real Estate Office Experience Preferred
Compensation based on experience.
