SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Front Desk
- Check patients in, collect co-pays, and reschedule following appointment
- Scanning
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
-Cleaning assigned areas of the office
- Stocking exam rooms
- Stocking lobby water bottle fridge
- Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 7:45am-12:45pm.
- Starts March 18th
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office or Front Desk role is preferred
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience as a medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
