Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures (for medical office receptionist positions)
- Dental receptionist experience (for dental office receptionist positions)
- Ability to provide personal assistant tasks such as calendar management

Job Type: Part-time
