About the role:
- Greet customers when they enter the store.
- Checking and scanning customer IDs and ensuring all customers are of legal age before entering.
- Answering phones and fielding calls to appropriate staff members.
- Gathering customer contact information for dispensary loyalty programs and identification into POS system.
- Detail-oriented - you’ll be checking IDs and managing the queue at the door, which must be done correctly to be compliant
- Working together with the rest of the team to ensure all tasks are completed, which may include cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
Preferred skills:
- Friendly, upbeat, and welcoming
- Well organized and capable of multitasking
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Knowledge of all products carried in-store
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Monroe, MI 48161: Relocate before starting work (Required)
