Position Description
- Greet, check in/check out patients
- Conduct follow up and reminder calls
- Receive, scan and file medical records into Cornerstone
- Reception/Waiting Room housekeeping
- Enter/cancel/reschedule appointments
Requirements
- At least one year of front office/receptionist experience preferable in a veterinary or medical setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, under limited supervision and under pressure.
- Strong phone etiquette, computer, customer service and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
