Brentwood Skin Clinic is a Full service Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology office in Nashville, TN located in the growing Nippers Corner area. Our goal is to treat all patients with respect, to offer full service skin care needs and to create comprehensive and efficient pathways to receiving excellent care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Clerical or administrative experience is a plus
• Previous Front Desk experience required
• Basic computer program knowledge
• Familiarity with EMR in particular Modernizing Medicine’s EMA
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology, Knowledge of dermatology terminology a Plus
• Basic knowledge of insurance is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Answer patient phone calls and emails
• Schedule appointments for General Dermatology and Aesthetic Consults
• Coordinate with immediate supervisor about schedule, patients and any changes
• Gather and input patient insurance in patient chart
• Update communication preferences for patients and patient demographics
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
• Understand and keep track of our waitlist

We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to become a part of our team. You will perform dermatology specific administrative tasks. We need a self-starter who learns quickly, is attentive to details, has a positive attitude, and possesses excellent bedside manner, is able to work independently and as a part of a team and has excellent communication skills. You need to be efficient, able to multitask, but most of all kind to our patients
