SalaryWe are searching for a high energy professional individual to join our stellar team and be the first point of contact with our amazing patients at reception.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage, breakdown of benefits and obtain necessary authorization
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with medical administrative support to dental staff, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $21.26 per hour
Healthcare setting:
- Private practice
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
