ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expedites incoming telephone calls.
- Custodian of petty cash.
- Types and disseminates correspondence as assigned.
- Performs general office duties.
- Complies with all established policies and procedures.
- Promote and demonstrates positive customer service towards VHS, co-workers, residents and visitors.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to perform the above stated essential duties and responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate, GED or equivalent.
- Computer experience required.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts.
- Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret information.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
