We are a medical spa that offers IV Hydration therapy to an upscale market. We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist who has exceptional interpersonal skills and specializes in handling administrative tasks. This position works in our comfortable, relaxing, spa-like storefront location.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Optimize appointment schedules with efficient scheduling
• Efficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointments
• Review and send required documents to clients and follow up in case of missing information
• Sales skills, knowledge, and personality to educate clients
• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges
• Resolve customer issues through empathy, active listening and creative problem solving
• Reaching out to opportunity leads and address any questions regarding services
• Stocking, cleaning, Spa maintenance
• Highly organized, self-motivated, ambitious, driven to excel
• Practice safe work habits

Required Experience

• Customer service and Sales experience preferred
• Medical Spa experience is preferred
• Must have computer and cash handling skills.
• Must be able to work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
