Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office, ensuring seamless navigation.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Help maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary materials and information.
• Provide basic and accurate information to clients via in-person interactions, phone calls, or emails.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and updating calendars to ensure efficient operations.
• Help maintain accurate records and perform various clerical tasks to support office functions.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in using social media.
• Professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management.
• Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Customer service-oriented attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.
• A high school diploma is preferred; additional certification in Office Management is advantageous.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
