Be a positive and welcoming first point of contact for our retail sales customers. Use your previous call center, customer service, sales associate and cashier experiences to enhance the lives of others and be a part of an exceptional team of experts focused on well being.
Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers – welcome customers to our medical equipment showroom and guide them to additional support and expertise.
- Triage Phone Calls - answer and forward incoming calls. Provide guidance and respond to inquiries.
- Product Expertise – Lead with product knowledge and expertise in all categories of retail medical equipment and supplies.
- Customer Support - provide helpful information, answer questions, and respond to concerns with empathy and poise.
