Front Desk Receptionist

We are a busy, independently owned outpatient physical therapy practice that prides itself in patient satisfaction and a fun, enjoyable work environment. We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist with a friendly personality and strong work ethic to join our family.

• Candidates must have at least 2 years experience working in physical therapy/medical office environment and possess strong computer skills and the abiltiy to multitask.
• Responsibilities include coordinating patient services including appointment scheduling, answering phones, patient registration, insurance verification, collection of copays/co-insurance, posting payments, record keeping, and assisting with daily chores.
• Education: High school diploma.
